Daily Production Capacity of 200 Units, Serving 30+ Countries Worldwide: A Complete Record of Adjusted Body's Delivery Capabilities
Trust is not just an adjective piled up in copywriting, but rather the neatly arranged finished products on the assembly line, the tightly sealed wooden crates in the trucks, and the products arriving in the customer's hands undamaged. Today, we want to take you inside adjusted Body's real
delivery site.
Production Capacity is the Foundation: Real Shots of the Factory Behind an Annual Production of 60,000 Units
Stepping into adjusted Body's intelligent production base, you will see:
Standardized Assembly Line: From aluminum alloy cutting and bed frame welding to leather covering and spring assembly, each workstation has strict quality checkpoints.
Semi-finished Product Area: The neatly arranged white bed frames and black finished product area in the picture are direct proof of our daily production capacity of 200 units.
Finished Product Temporary Storage Area: Dozens of core beds await quality inspection simultaneously, ensuring that each one undergoes resistance testing, noise testing, and stability testing before leaving the factory.
We deeply understand that for customers planning to open new venues, on-time delivery is a lifeline. Whether it's a small studio order of 10 units or a chain brand purchase of 200 units, our production scheduling system ensures controllable delivery times.
Packaging is an Attitude: Three Layers of Protection, Safeguarding Your Journey
From our factory to yoga studios, rehabilitation centers, and gyms worldwide, our products endure the trials of sea freight, port loading and unloading, and land transport. Our packaging solutions have been iterated over several years:
First Layer: Individually Sealed Accessories
All springs, pull ropes, adjusting rods, and other accessories are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in individual compartments to prevent collisions during transport.
Second Layer: Comprehensive Bed Frame Protection
The entire core bed is wrapped 360 degrees with thickened bubble wrap, and key areas (such as wooden armrests and leather seat cushions) are additionally equipped with corner protectors.
Third Layer: Export-Grade Reinforced Wooden Crates
As you can see, we use fumigation-free plywood crates with a thickness of 12mm and reinforced edges with steel straps. Each crate is clearly marked with shipping information, including the product model, color configuration, and destination code, ensuring efficient and accurate customs clearance and unloading. Delivery is our commitment: From truck to container, the entire process is transparent.
Domestic Logistics: We have a professional loading and unloading team, using forklifts and hydraulic trucks to ensure each piece of equipment is loaded smoothly, eliminating hidden damage caused by manual handling.
Export Transportation: After the wooden crates are loaded into containers, we provide photos of the container and the seal number, allowing customers to track the container's location in real time. Our freight forwarders cover major ports worldwide, supporting various trade terms such as FOB, CIF, and DDP.
Arrival Guarantee: Over the past 12 months, our transportation damage rate has been less than 0.3%. Even in extreme cases, our after-sales team promises a response within 48 hours, providing replacement parts or technical support.
